Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for a key domain, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives: ideation, prioritization, user stories, agile sprint execution, launch and iteration.
Use data and analytics tools to measure product performance, run experiments (A/B testing), and iterate based on results.
Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, data science/analytics, operations, marketing) to deliver value.
Influence stakeholders, present product strategy and roadmap to leadership, align teams, manage trade-offs.
Mentor and support junior product colleagues; contribute to product culture, agile practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C, marketplace, e-commerce or food-delivery context (or similarly scaled environment).
Proven track-record of delivering consumer-facing products end to end.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable using SQL / data visualization / analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) to drive decisions.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, user stories and product delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to distill complex ideas into clear requirements and strategic story.
Passion for user experience, experimentation mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
