Responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy, planning, and analysis to fuel sustainable growth and maximize long-term value.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, board, and business leaders to ensure finance fully supports strategic objectives.
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to provide actionable insights.
- Oversee capital structure, funding strategies, and investor relations with confidence and transparency.
- Maintain rigorous governance, compliance, and internal controls across multiple regions.
- Enhance operational efficiency through automation and ERP system optimization.
- Mentor, inspire, and develop high-performing finance teams to achieve excellence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in finance roles within IT solutions, SaaS, or technology-driven companies.
- Deep expertise in financial planning, strategic decision-making, and performance analysis.
- Proficient in ERP platforms such as Odoo and Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience with subscription-based business models and key SaaS metrics.
- Proven ability to excel in dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environments.
