Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and delivery.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence.
- Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status reports.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of proven project management experience in engineering and construction.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale infrastructure or civil projects.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
