Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Introduce and position Modern Workspace and End-User Cybersecurity solutions in a clear, business-focused way
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer pain points, technology maturity, and business needs
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales or solution teams
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Research accounts, industries, and decision-makers before initiating outreach
  • Continuously learn the technology portfolio and stay updated on evolving market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with new people and engaging with decision-makers
  • Curiosity and interest in technology, cybersecurity, and the future of work
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Resilience and comfort with outbound calls and proactive prospecting
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales concepts or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong research and organizational skills
