Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key accounts across the MENA and GCC regions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships while providing tailored cryptocurrency and fintech solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Engage clients across multiple sectors such as finance, technology, and real estate.
Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
Track sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline progress, and report regularly to management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and support business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, preferably based in the MENA region.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and fintech products is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
Target-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
