Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in clients, consultants, and interior designers in the showroom.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable curtain, blind, and window treatment solutions.
Review drawings and project specifications to propose appropriate products and designs.
Prepare detailed quotations and ensure pricing accuracy.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, inquiries, and ongoing orders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and project stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain showroom product knowledge and stay updated on new designs and materials.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in indoor sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
Experience in curtains, blinds, interior design, or home décor is an advantage.
Strong communication and client handling skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic computer skills and experience preparing quotations.
Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.
