Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients, consultants, and interior designers in the showroom.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable curtain, blind, and window treatment solutions.
  • Review drawings and project specifications to propose appropriate products and designs.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations, inquiries, and ongoing orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain showroom product knowledge and stay updated on new designs and materials.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
  • Experience in curtains, blinds, interior design, or home décor is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and client handling skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience preparing quotations.
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.
