Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and sales support to distributors and clients within the industrial automation sector.
  • Advise customers on suitable automation products and solutions based on their operational needs.
  • Support the implementation of product strategies by providing expert guidance on automation applications.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations during client meetings and marketing events.
  • Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and supporting lead generation initiatives.
  • Provide distributors and clients with technical product information and application support.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support customer engagement and business growth.
  • Contribute to marketing and sales activities by supporting campaigns, events, and customer outreach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; experience in industrial automation is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with engineering or automation software tools is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining flexibility and initiative.
