Responsibilities
Provide technical and sales support to distributors and clients within the industrial automation sector.
Advise customers on suitable automation products and solutions based on their operational needs.
Support the implementation of product strategies by providing expert guidance on automation applications.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations during client meetings and marketing events.
Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and supporting lead generation initiatives.
Provide distributors and clients with technical product information and application support.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support customer engagement and business growth.
Contribute to marketing and sales activities by supporting campaigns, events, and customer outreach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of professional experience; experience in industrial automation is an advantage.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with engineering or automation software tools is considered an advantage.
Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining flexibility and initiative.
