- Support the development and implementation of the organization’s data governance framework.

Oversee data management initiatives including data warehouses, analytics, data sharing, and interoperability.

Develop and maintain data classification standards and ensure personal data protection practices are applied.

Review, update, and approve data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
-
Monitor and evaluate data governance KPIs and performance metrics.
-
Supervise the execution of the data governance strategy and roadmap across departments.
-
Review and approve data-related initiatives and processes implemented by other teams.
-
Assess and manage escalated data-related incidents and evaluate their impact.
-
Prepare and deliver periodic reports to the Head of Data Management Office (DMO).

Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and international data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance or data management.
-
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and banking systems.
-
Experience in developing and implementing data policies and standards.
-
Knowledge of data management tools and enterprise systems is an advantage.

Professional certifications such as CDMP or KPI Professional are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to assess compliance and ensure adherence to governance frameworks and standards.
