Responsibilities
Support organizational initiatives to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify and analyze business processes suitable for RPA.
Design, develop, and configure RPA bots following best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to detect and resolve errors or performance issues before deployment.
Implement continuous improvements and modifications to existing bots to optimize performance and output quality.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, databases, and applications.
Monitor bot performance post-deployment, ensuring operational stability and proactively addressing exceptions.
Adhere to cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy requirements in line with organizational policies.
Provide technical support and training to users and stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption of RPA technologies.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and user guides.
Stay updated on RPA industry trends and propose innovative automation solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
4–6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in RPA or a similar field.
Familiarity with organizational policies, banking systems, and relevant laws/regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
Programming skills in C#, Java, Python, and VB.NET for both development and scripting.
Knowledge of APIs, data processing, and solution integration with enterprise systems.
Competence in testing bots, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable performance.
Commitment to professional integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with data protection and information security.
