Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support quality processes and maintain related documentation.
Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate with different departments to improve operations and efficiency.
Provide general administrative and operational support when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to manage HR functions within medium-sized companies.
Background in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
Experience in both HR and quality functions is highly preferred.
Operational experience is a plus.
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
