Responsibilities
Ensure the processing and monitoring of accounting and financial operations across regional offices.
Coordinate and maintain communication between regional administrative teams and the central management unit.
Support budget preparation, review, monitoring, and financial reporting activities.
Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial control procedures.
Monitor financial commitments, expenditures, and treasury-related activities.
Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and third-party accounts.
Support the monitoring and management of inventories and fixed assets.
Manage invoicing, VAT-related matters, and provisions in compliance with internal policies.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and operational updates for management.
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, financial regulations, and organizational standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support efficient financial and administrative operations.
Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–13 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, or management operations.
Previous experience within an international organization or multicultural environment is considered a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting processes, and financial controls.
Experience in financial monitoring, reconciliations, invoicing, treasury activities, and administrative coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using accounting systems or ERP platforms is considered an advantage.
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
