Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Supervise office supplies, vendors, maintenance, and procurement processes.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and staff logistics.
Maintain office policies, filing systems, and administrative procedures.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
Liaise with external stakeholders, service providers, and local authorities when needed.
Monitor office budgets and operational expenses.
Provide administrative support to senior management and program teams.
Ensure a safe, organized, and professional office environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of proven experience in office management or administration.
Previous experience working with an international NGO is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management systems.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
