Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Supervise office supplies, vendors, maintenance, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and staff logistics.
  • Maintain office policies, filing systems, and administrative procedures.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, service providers, and local authorities when needed.
  • Monitor office budgets and operational expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and program teams.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and professional office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in office management or administration.
  • Previous experience working with an international NGO is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
