Responsibilities
Promote the academy through school visits and community outreach to attract new players.
Follow up with inactive players and maintain communication with parents.
Organize and manage training schedules, matches, camps, and tournaments in coordination with coaching staff.
Maintain accurate player data, attendance, schedules, and payments using systems like Sportlyzer.
Handle fee collection and follow up on pending payments with parents and the finance team.
Manage communication channels, including updates, inquiries, and announcements.
Ensure readiness of facilities, equipment, and compliance with club policies (including uniforms).
Support administrative operations such as payroll coordination, reporting, and documentation.
Coordinate player registration with the federation and manage uniforms (ordering and distribution).
Support match-day operations and logistics, including transportation for away games when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or Physical Education (or related field)
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of basketball fundamentals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with administrative systems (e.g., Sportlyzer or similar) is a plus.
