Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals.
Present and sell insurance products (life, health, auto, property) based on client needs.
Assist clients in understanding policy options, benefits, and coverage details.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic policy documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Follow up with clients for renewals and provide basic after-sales support.
Stay informed about company products and basic industry updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (insurance experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
Basic negotiation and convincing skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work towards targets in a performance-driven environment.
Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
