Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and sell insurance products (life, health, auto, property) based on client needs.
  • Assist clients in understanding policy options, benefits, and coverage details.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic policy documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Follow up with clients for renewals and provide basic after-sales support.
  • Stay informed about company products and basic industry updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (insurance experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
  • Basic negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work towards targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
