Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale technology and transformation programs within the financial services and banking sector.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, Core Banking systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise technologies.
  • Analyze business requirements, operational challenges, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Manage project workstreams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Support project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives.
  • Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications are considered a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, banking, technology transformation, or consulting environments.
  • Strong experience managing or implementing Core Banking systems, ERP platforms, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in project management, program coordination, or change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities with experience working across multiple teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
