Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale technology and transformation programs within the financial services and banking sector.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, Core Banking systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise technologies.
Analyze business requirements, operational challenges, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Manage project workstreams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
Support project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives.
Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or relevant professional certifications are considered a plus.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
10+ years of experience in financial services, banking, technology transformation, or consulting environments.
Strong experience managing or implementing Core Banking systems, ERP platforms, or digital transformation projects.
Experience in project management, program coordination, or change management initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities with experience working across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
Willingness to travel when required.
