Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating and qualifying leads
  • Present products and solutions to prospective clients and prepare tailored proposals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance and opportunities

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in software solutions sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team environment
