Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the creative quality and visual output across all brand and marketing projects.
Translate creative strategy into compelling visual work that effectively communicates the intended message and objectives.
Collaborate with brand and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
Review and approve all creative deliverables before submission to stakeholders, ensuring consistency and high creative standards.
Provide direction and guidance to graphic designers, motion designers, and production artists throughout the creative process.
Evaluate briefs and provide clear feedback to ensure they are aligned with the required creative direction before execution.
Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity across new products and markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of creative experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality visual execution.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Ability to maintain strong creative standards while ensuring smooth workflow and team efficiency.
Experience translating strategic direction into creative work with a clear understanding of communication objectives.
