Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to final implementation.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, including components, style guides, UI patterns, and documentation.
- Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and improve user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, including usability, accessibility, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Strong UI design portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design, responsive layouts, design systems, and real digital product work.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, including components, UI patterns, style guides, and consistency across platforms.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern design standards.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
