Responsibilities
Support the monthly commercial planning and forecasting cycle through data collection, consolidation, and analysis.
Maintain and update sales forecasts based on historical performance and market trends.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify stock risks, including overstock and out-of-stock situations.
Track sales performance against targets and analyze key commercial KPIs.
Maintain sales databases, dashboards, and regular performance reports.
Support commercial analysis related to pricing, promotions, product launches, and market performance.
Prepare sales volume, revenue, and profitability reports to support business decisions.
Monitor distributor stock levels, shipments, and inventory movement against plan.
Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and distribution partners to ensure alignment on planning activities.
Develop and maintain reporting templates and support reporting automation and efficiency improvements.
Support process improvement initiatives related to commercial planning and reporting.
Prepare and deliver regular business performance reports while highlighting risks and business opportunities to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial planning, sales analysis, finance, or business analytics.
Strong knowledge of forecasting, sales planning, and commercial performance reporting.
Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Experience working with distributors and sales planning processes is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
