Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage performance management processes, employee development plans, and succession planning programs.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management on organizational and people-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Establish and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage employee relations matters and provide effective solutions to workplace challenges.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial services or corporate sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices within the region.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to support business objectives through effective HR practices.
