Responsibilities
- Own the technical implementation journey from initial customer requirements through deployment and successful delivery.
- Understand customer workflows, identify technical requirements, map dependencies, and develop clear implementation plans.
- Build and deploy customer integrations and technical solutions using full-stack engineering skills.
- Develop and ship production features and bug fixes based on customer requirements.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents that support real customer workflows.
- Work across frontend, backend, integrations, infrastructure, and deployment as required.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify blockers, and drive them through to resolution.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, explain technical issues, and provide clear progress updates.
- Manage customer expectations, track commitments, and proactively communicate risks or delays.
- Validate implementations in production and follow up with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Use agentic AI coding tools effectively to scope tasks, guide implementation, review code, test solutions, and debug issues.
- Take full ownership of technical outcomes, from implementation and deployment through post-launch follow-up.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of professional engineering experience at a software company.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents into production and real-world workflows.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including frontend, backend, integrations, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience using agentic AI coding tools as part of real engineering work.
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with EU and US customers.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations, and customer-facing activities.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy, accountability, and ownership.
