- Plan and deliver community engagement and public awareness campaigns related to services, organizational initiatives, and customer education.

Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, municipalities, local councils, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

Support communication and engagement activities related to service changes, planned projects, and operational updates.

Coordinate community events, public meetings, workshops, and awareness sessions.

Gather community feedback, concerns, and grievances and coordinate with relevant departments to support resolution.

Promote inclusive participation and ensure engagement activities reach diverse and underserved groups.

Prepare engagement materials, presentations, reports, and stakeholder briefings.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective community-facing messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, public participation, communications, or a related field.

Strong facilitation, outreach, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.

Experience in utilities, public services, or donor-funded community programs is preferred.

Knowledge of stakeholder engagement methodologies, participatory approaches, and grievance management mechanisms is preferred.

Experience working with vulnerable, underserved, or diverse communities is preferred.
