Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless mobile experiences.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and cloud services as needed.
- Work with Jetpack components, MVVM architecture, and other modern Android development tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, improving application reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Android app development.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components.
- Experience with MVVM architecture, LiveData, ViewModel, and Coroutines.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with Retrofit or similar networking libraries.
- Experience with Room Database and SQLite.
- Strong understanding of Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, or Mockito.
- Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
