- Review monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

Analyze hotel KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, payroll costs, and departmental profitability.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for ownership.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, debt obligations, and banking relationships.
- Monitor accounts payable, supplier payments, and commercial agreements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the ownership group and hotel operator.
- Ensure compliance with hotel management agreements and verify management fees and operational charges.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance, service standards, and asset condition.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reputation, and operational quality standards.
- Oversee capital expenditure projects, renovations, and asset enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Support leasing and management of retail and commercial spaces within the property.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-8 years of experience in Hotel Finance, Hospitality Asset Management, Hotel Operations, or Audit/Consulting with hospitality clients.
- Strong understanding of hotel financial statements and hospitality performance metrics.
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and financial institutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability and willingness to spend significant time on-property and maintain a hands-on approach.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, JCPA, CHIA, or similar professional certification.
- Experience with international hotel brands and operators.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and hospitality technology platforms.
- Knowledge of Jordanian labor, tax, and compliance regulations.
- Previous exposure to hotel renovations, CapEx projects, or asset enhancement initiatives.
