Responsibilities

Support the execution of capital and rehabilitation projects.

Review designs, technical standards, specifications, and quality of works.

Provide technical oversight of engineering consultants and project deliverables.

Support project planning, procurement activities, and construction supervision.
-
Monitor project schedules, budgets, variations, health and safety, and quality requirements.
-
Coordinate with Operations and Asset Management teams on project handover and commissioning activities.
-
Support reporting and compliance requirements for donor-funded and externally financed projects.
-
Provide technical guidance and support across engineering and project delivery functions.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related field.
-
8-10 years of experience in engineering design and construction supervision.
-
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction supervision practices.
-
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
-
Experience working on donor-funded or IFI-funded projects is preferred.
-
Experience with rehabilitation and infrastructure development programs is preferred.
