Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial close process, consolidation activities, and IFRS reporting.

Maintain general ledger integrity, account reconciliations, and the chart of accounts.

Develop and maintain internal financial controls, accounting policies, and regulatory compliance processes.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

Maintain fixed asset accounting records and the finance-related asset register.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support the resolution of audit findings.

Provide technical guidance and support to the accounting and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or controllership roles.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems (Oracle preferred), internal controls, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or the public sector is preferred.

Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing accounting staff is preferred.
