Responsibilities
Provide end-user IT support and manage IT service processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Implement and maintain global IT standards within the local business environment.
Manage and support IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud-based systems.
Oversee daily operations of systems, networks, and business applications to ensure availability and reliability.
Coordinate and support IT projects at local, regional, and global levels.
Provide technical support for operational systems and business-critical applications.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and ensure compliance with secure working practices.
Support IT audits, compliance activities, and follow-up actions.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, IT services, budgets, and operational expenses.
Coordinate with global IT support teams, including SOC, NOC, and other technical service functions.
Participate in technical change management activities and support the deployment of new technologies.
Provide IT support across multiple branches, offices, and operational sites.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Support network and infrastructure improvements, including LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
Assist in maintaining data security, reporting processes, and IT governance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant IT experience in infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support.
Experience in a multi-site or international business environment is preferred.
Knowledge of IT service management processes and ITIL frameworks.
Strong technical knowledge of:
Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and network infrastructure
Firewalls and general cybersecurity practices
Cloud and SaaS technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals
Telephony and communication systems
Experience supporting business applications and operational systems.
Exposure to IT audits, compliance requirements, and security standards.
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and IT budgets.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Experience in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry is considered an advantage.
