Responsibilities
Analyze telecom data (BSCS, CDRs, network, charging, customer data) to identify trends and actionable insights.
Gather and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Perform data mapping, profiling, and interface analysis across multiple systems.
Support data migration activities and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
Develop and execute SIT/UAT test plans and validation processes.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
Present insights, findings, and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior management.
Utilize AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis and root cause investigations.
Automate reporting, documentation, and test case generation using AI technologies.
Apply AI techniques for data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for telecom business use cases.
Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, with occasional travel and extended stays at customer sites.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Strong knowledge of telecom systems such as EMM, MSC, ICT, CCN, MAPS, SDP, and CDRs.
Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
Advanced SQL skills (mandatory).
Experience with Hive, Presto, Trino, or similar data processing technologies.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Python ML libraries, or AutoML platforms.
Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) is an advantage.
