Responsibilities

Support IT and OT operations and ensure service continuity across corporate and operational systems.

Deliver cybersecurity and OT/ICS security initiatives, including obsolete system remediation.

Support data management, governance, quality, and reporting to maintain a single source of truth.

Deliver systems integration across SCADA, billing/CIS, and ERP platforms to reduce manual data transfer.

Support digital transformation projects, including online services, e-payment solutions, mobile applications, and analytics initiatives.

Manage IT infrastructure, networks, end-user support, and hardware/software lifecycle activities.

Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), including knowledge base development.

Maintain IT disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity processes.

Coordinate IT vendors, software licenses, and service contracts.

Provide technical expertise and ongoing support to IT leadership and business functions.
Qualifications
-
Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in IT/OT environments, including experience leading technical teams.

Strong experience in OT/ICS security, ERP/CIS systems, databases, data governance, and systems integration.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Professional certifications such as PMP, Oracle, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or cloud certifications are preferred.

Experience integrating SCADA, billing/CIS, and ERP systems is preferred.

Experience leading digital transformation projects and technology modernization initiatives is preferred.
