Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for a wide range of print and corporate materials.
- Design brochures, posters, catalogues, banners, packaging, corporate stationery, and other printed collateral.
- Translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into high-quality visual materials.
- Prepare final artwork for print production according to technical specifications and production requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in layouts, typography, colors, dimensions, image quality, and other print specifications.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time.
- Coordinate with external printing vendors and production partners when required.
- Review proofs and final printed materials to ensure quality and consistency with approved designs.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications and ensure designs align with brand standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Contribute creative ideas and design solutions to support marketing, communication, and corporate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on technical and print design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Hands-on experience designing materials for print production.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual composition, and design principles.
- Experience preparing print-ready artwork and working with printing specifications.
- Strong understanding of file formats, resolution, color modes, bleeds, dimensions, and other print-production requirements.
- Experience working on brochures, posters, catalogues, packaging, banners, corporate materials, and other printed collateral.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across final artwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant print and technical design projects.
