Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with sales and business objectives.
Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, and go-to-market plans for manufactured products.
Manage market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product and pricing decisions.
Lead digital marketing, trade shows/exhibitions, catalogues, and B2B client communication materials.
Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to align marketing activities with production capacity and new product launches.
Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and media/advertising partners.
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (lead generation, brand awareness, campaign ROI) to senior management.
Supervise and mentor the marketing team (Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, SEO Specialist, Graphic Designer), coordinating their work into unified campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, ideally in industrial or B2B manufacturing.
