Lead and manage program-specific marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and

Develop and execute commercial strategies aimed at expanding program reach, increasing market share, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.
Coordinate cross-functional between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of go-to- market plans and campaign initiatives.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial outcomes to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and brand messaging to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback trends to guide product/service improvements and client retention strategies.
Lead strategic planning sessions with internal stakeholders to align commercial goals with overall organizational direction.
Mentor and develop commercial team members, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and continuous learning.
Conduct risk assessments on commercial initiatives and develop mitigation plans to safeguard revenue and reputation.
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback trends to guide product/service improvements and client retention strategies.
Review and approve marketing materials, social media content, and advertisements to maintain brand consistency and strategic relevance.
Assign and monitor delivery schedules for the drivers to ensure timely distribution of marketing materials, merchandise, or products.
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare promotional packages and ensure product availability ahead of campaign launches or key events.
Ensure graphic design outputs meet deadlines and support sales and marketing initiatives such as brochures, digital ads, and event displays.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to streamline workflow and reduce inefficiencies.
Conduct regular performance reviews for team members across departments, providing feedback and identifying training needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute field events, pop-up promotions, or exhibitions, ensuring logistics and branding are aligned.
Track and optimize the usage of marketing assets and promotional inventory, coordinating closely with both drivers and designers.
Provide leadership during high-demand periods by reallocating resources across departments (e.g., assigning drivers to event setup or supporting sales during peak campaigns).
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct Managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory.
12+ years of experience in a relevant field. At least 5 years of experience in leadership or managerial role.
CPA, CFA, ACCA certificates are preferred but not mandatory.
A strong foundational understanding of fintech business models (SaaS, transaction volume, lending, etc.) and a genuine curiosity about the industry.
