Responsibilities

Support asset register and facilities database integrity, accuracy, and completeness.

Support infrastructure maintenance planning and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activities.
-
Support asset lifecycle management, criticality assessments, condition monitoring, and investment planning.

Support asset performance, reliability, and long-term planning in coordination with operational teams.
-
Support GIS management, asset data governance, and asset ownership records.
-
Coordinate capital maintenance and rehabilitation priorities with engineering and technical teams.
-
Support asset improvement, readiness, and optimization programs.
-
Provide technical guidance and support across asset management functions.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Asset Management, or a related engineering discipline.

8+ years of experience in asset management within infrastructure, utilities, or industrial environments.

Strong experience with CMMS, GIS, maintenance planning, and reliability management.
-
Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, condition assessment, and investment planning.
-
ISO 55000 Asset Management certification is preferred.
-
Experience in infrastructure asset management and resource planning is preferred.
-
Reliability engineering experience is preferred.
