Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content across social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.

Manage day-to-day social media community engagement, responding to inquiries, comments, and customer feedback in coordination with relevant teams.

Develop and execute digital campaigns aligned with communication, awareness, and engagement objectives.

Monitor social media channels, audience sentiment, and digital trends, escalating issues when necessary.

Analyze campaign and channel performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and reach.

Maintain the content calendar, brand voice, and digital communication guidelines.

Collaborate with customer service, IT, and communications teams to ensure consistent and integrated messaging.

Support the timely distribution of important updates, announcements, and service-related information through digital channels.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

4+ years of experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content, preferably for public-facing organizations.

Strong content creation, community management, and social media analytics skills.

Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.
-
Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills are preferred.

Experience managing paid social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives is preferred.

Experience integrating social media platforms with customer service or contact center operations is preferred.
