Responsibilities
Post job vacancies, screen CVs, and schedule interviews as directed by the HR Supervisor.
Process new hire documentation, ID badges, contracts, and orientation schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, both physical and in the HRIS.
Track daily attendance, leave requests, and shift changes for factory employees.
Assist in organizing training sessions, safety briefings, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to routine employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support exit formalities including clearance and documentation for resigning or terminated employees.
Perform other administrative HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, manufacturing environment a plus.
