Responsibilities

  • Post job vacancies, screen CVs, and schedule interviews as directed by the HR Supervisor.
  • Process new hire documentation, ID badges, contracts, and orientation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, both physical and in the HRIS.
  • Track daily attendance, leave requests, and shift changes for factory employees.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, safety briefings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to routine employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support exit formalities including clearance and documentation for resigning or terminated employees.
  • Perform other administrative HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, manufacturing environment a plus.
