Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of operations and maintenance activities across the service area.

Manage water supply scheduling, distribution, and continuity of service, including pumping and rationing programs.

Support network operations, incident management, and emergency response activities, including outages, bursts, and contamination events.

Monitor contractor and service provider performance against agreed service levels.

Implement SCADA-driven control systems, operational procedures, and pumping station safety standards.

Support non-revenue water reduction initiatives, including leak detection and illegal connection management.

Compile, analyze, and report operational KPIs such as supply hours, response times, and downtime.

Coordinate with technical, asset management, and commercial teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Provide technical support and operational continuity across day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related field.
-
8–10 years of experience in utility operations and maintenance, including experience leading technical teams.
-
Working knowledge of SCADA systems, CMMS, network hydraulics, and emergency management.
