Responsibilities
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage the consolidation process and ensure the accuracy of subsidiary financial data.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports, management reports, and variance analyses for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries, auditors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for external audits and support audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and maintain effective internal controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives within the reporting function.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7–9 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Big Four experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
