Responsibilities
- Identify valuable customer and product problems and take ownership of solutions from discovery through deployment.
- Build and improve product features across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations, and deployment.
- Build and deploy AI agents that are used in real production workflows.
- Translate user needs and feedback into practical product improvements and technical solutions.
- Define appropriate scope, make product and usability trade-offs, and determine how success should be measured.
- Develop and ship full-stack features using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems, validate product ideas, and troubleshoot issues.
- Use agentic AI coding tools to scope work, provide context, guide implementation, review code, test solutions, and debug issues.
- Own features and solutions through deployment and validate their effectiveness after release.
- Investigate technical and product issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Work independently on unclear problems, develop practical plans, and make decisions without requiring constant direction.
- Take full responsibility for product outcomes, including discovery, implementation, deployment, and post-launch follow-up.
Qualifications
- 1- 5 years of professional software engineering experience at a software company.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents into production and real-world workflows.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including frontend, backend, integrations, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience using agentic AI coding tools for real engineering work, including task scoping, implementation, code review, testing, and debugging.
- Strong software engineering skills with the ability to work across the full technical stack.
- Strong product sense and ability to identify customer problems and translate them into valuable product solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work directly with customers and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations, and deployment without relying on separate teams to complete delivery.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy, accountability, and a strong focus on outcomes.
