Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap in alignment with the Bank’s business objectives and digital transformation plans.
- Design and oversee application, data, and technology architectures to ensure scalability, security, integration, and operational efficiency.
- Assess existing IT systems and recommend improvements, modernization initiatives, and technology solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions across Core Banking, Digital Banking, payment systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and frameworks in accordance with TOGAF, COBIT, and ArchiMate.
- Oversee system integration strategies, including APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
- Evaluate cloud technologies, hybrid infrastructure, and emerging technologies to support the Bank’s technology strategy.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards, cybersecurity principles, risk management practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into effective technology solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for technology investments, system upgrades, and enterprise-wide projects.
- Monitor technology trends and recommend solutions to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant IT experience, with strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF, COBIT, and ArchiMate frameworks.
- Solid understanding of banking systems, including Core Banking, Digital Banking, and payment systems.
- Experience in Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture, system integration, APIs, and microservices.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, hybrid infrastructure, IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to align business strategies with technology solutions and lead digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- TOGAF certification or other relevant Enterprise Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
